• Shared mailboxes

• Archive mailboxes

Microsoft OneDrive for Business

• Any files and folders stored within Microsoft OneDrive

Please note: OneDrive Personal accounts is not supported

Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft SharePoint Personal sites

• Sites

• Document Libaries 

• Document Lists

• Documents

• List Items

Microsoft Teams

• Channels

• Tabs

• Posts

• Files

Please note that the following Teams items is NOT supported:

• Private channels

• One-on-one and group chats

• Audio and video calls

• Video recordings

• Teams Contacts

• Calendar: information about meetings and meeting chats

• Code snippets in posts

• Banner notifications in posts

• Data of applications added as channel tabs that does not reside in the SharePoint document library of the channel
  
  

Limitations

Within Microsoft 365 there are some limitations on what we can backup, these are depended on your Microsoft 365 tenant configuration. There will be restrictions when using modern application-only authentication, to both backup and restore:

· Discovery Search and Public Folder mailboxes are not supported.

· Dynamic Distribution groups are not supported.

· Non-exportable SharePoint Web Parts are not supported.
