Error #1 - GA account password expired
Step 1:
Please make sure that the password isn’t expired on the used Global Admin MS account.
If password is expired, please set a new one within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Step 2:
Reactivate the authentication button in the management portal by contacting support.
When the button is reactivated, please try to authenticate again.
Error #2 – Reload ACB365 certificate
Step 1:
Login to your Microsoft Azure portal from portal.office.com
Choose Azure Active Directory.
Choose App Registrations.
Choose the ACB365 application.
Choose “Certificates and secrets”
Click on the garbage can to remove the certificate.

Step 2:
