Error: Failed to perform authentication with the secondary password: the token is invalid
Solution
Go to https://vac.revirt.global
If reseller: go to discovery for the tenant |

| If company: go to Managed computers |
|
Click backup agents in the top |
|
|
Reassign the existing backup policy by selecting the Agent, and click Assign. |
|
|
Select the backup policy that were already assigned. Click Assign, wait for it to be applied, then retry the backup job. |
|
|
Go back to the agent/physical machine, and try running the job once the policy has been applied successfully. |
